1. Before you book
Please review the course description, entry expectations, delivery format and any course-specific terms before paying. The booking confirmation will identify the course, fee and scheduled delivery information.
2. Your cancellation rights
Where UK consumer cancellation rights apply to an online or distance booking, they will be honoured. Your booking confirmation may include instructions and any relevant cancellation period. Starting a course during a statutory cancellation period may affect the amount refundable where you have requested early performance.
3. Cancellation outside a legal cancellation period
Requests should be sent promptly to contact@softu.uk. Eligibility for a refund, transfer or credit will depend on the notice given, costs already committed and any course-specific terms provided before booking.
4. Course transfers
Where practical, we may offer a transfer to another suitable cohort. Transfers depend on availability and may be subject to an administration charge disclosed before the transfer is confirmed.
5. Changes made by Softu Academy
We may need to change a tutor, delivery detail or date. If we cancel a course and cannot offer a suitable alternative, fees paid for the cancelled delivery will be refunded. We are not responsible for avoidable travel or accommodation costs unless agreed in writing.
6. Complaints and statutory rights
Please contact us promptly if a course does not meet the confirmed description so we can review the concern. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Contact
Send cancellation or refund requests to contact@softu.uk with your name, course and booking details.
